Delivery

All orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday are despatched on the same working day via our courier Initial Citylink (Next working day delivery) or via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are despatched on the following Monday (public holidays excepted).

If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will email you within 3 to 4 working hours with an expected delivery day. We will then notify you when the item is in stock and ready for despatch.

We charge £6.99 delivery for all orders up to £149 sent via Citylink and £3.49 for all orders sent via Royal Mail (UK mainland only*). For all orders over £149 delivery is free (via Citylink, UK mainland only*).

Please note that we offer Royal Mail Recorded Delivery only for small items not exceeding 2 kg and £250 in value. (Please allow up to 2 days for delivery).
