Who We Are

We are an independent online retailer specialising in the supply of audio equipment and software for musicians, producers, recording studios, production and media companies, and educational establishments.

Our dedicated management team has years of experience in the recording and audio equipment industry. This allows us to offer a high quality, solutions-led service to our customers, along with competitive prices.

We are constantly expanding our catalogue so if you can’t see what you are looking for, or if you are not sure what you need for your requirements, please feel free to contact us on our main number (0208 835 0059). Our office is open 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Our advice is friendly and free.

Our Aim

We want to make music and audio technology straightforward and creatively rewarding, and to provide a simple and hassle free buying process. In addition, we are all experienced musicians and/or producers which means we can give the support and advice to help you make the right decisions for your needs and requirements.

If the item you are ordering happens to be out of stock, our website will inform you before you reach our checkout area. Most out of stock items, with some exceptions, can be supplied within 4 to 5 working days. In the event that an out of stock item is ordered, we email customers within 3 - 4 working hours after purchase to advise an expected delivery date.

Shipping

All orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday are despatched on the same working day via our courier Initial Citylink (Next working day delivery) or via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are despatched on the following Monday (public holidays excepted).

Goods Returns

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase, provided goods are returned in their original packaging in new condition. (See our terms and conditions for further details.)
